Terms of service
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms apply when you create a Filmme account or use the service. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who you are agreeing with
Filmme is an early-stage project run by Anton Stasyuk, an individual. There is no registered company behind it yet. That means one person, not a business entity, is responsible for your data and answers your requests. If a company is formed later, it takes over this service and these commitments, and we will tell you by email before that happens.
Filmme is in early access. It works, it is used, and it is still being built. Expect features to appear, change and occasionally break.
Who can use Filmme
You need to be 18 or older. Profiles for performers under 18 are not supported yet.
If you sign up on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep them current. A casting profile is worth nothing if it is wrong.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- One account per person. Do not create an account for somebody else without their permission.
What it costs
Nothing. Filmme is free while it is in early access, and we are not taking payments at all right now.
Paid plans are likely one day. If that happens, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, tell you exactly what changes, and never charge you without you actively choosing to pay. If you decide not to, you keep access to your data long enough to export it or delete it.
Your photos and your profile
Your content stays yours. Uploading a photo to Filmme does not give us ownership of it.
You give us permission to store your content, and to display it to the people your visibility setting allows: to you alone, to an agency you joined, to anyone with your link, or publicly. That permission exists only so the service can show your profile, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. Headshots are usually made by a photographer who holds the copyright, so make sure you have their permission to use the image this way.
We will not sell your photos, license them to anyone, or use them to advertise Filmme without asking you first.
What you must not do
- Impersonate another person, or create a profile for someone who has not agreed to it.
- Upload photos of other people without their permission.
- Upload anything illegal, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone through the service.
- Scrape, bulk-download or resell profiles, or use the talent database to build a competing list.
- Attack the service, probe it for weaknesses without asking us first, or try to reach data that is not yours.
Found a security problem? Email us instead of exploiting it. We will thank you properly.
Agencies and performers
An agency can see the profiles of the performers who joined it. A performer joins by accepting an invitation, and can leave at any time, which ends that access.
If you run an agency, you are responsible for how you use the profiles you can see. Use them to represent your talent, not for anything the performer has not agreed to. Where data protection law applies to you, you are a separate controller of that data and have your own duties under it.
Availability and changes
We do not promise uptime, and there is no support desk with hours. We fix things as fast as one person reasonably can.
We may add, change or remove features. If we ever have to shut Filmme down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your profile and photos.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. No questions, no retention offer.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm someone. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
Liability
Filmme is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will get you an audition, a booking or a role, and we are not a party to anything you agree with an agency or a production.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost income or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, where the operator lives, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can still bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We will post any new version here with a new date. For a change that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Filmme after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, delete your account.
